  • Batt Insulation

    The most common type of insulation used in residential dwellings, Batt insulation is pre-cut fiberglass or rock wool installed in cavities or wood frames. Typically shown as pink, fluffy batts or rolls, it can be found in walls, floors, ceilings and attics.

    Spray Foam

    One of the best forms of insulation on the market today, spray foam insulation creates an air barrier that seals walls, floors and ceiling cavities to prevent air movement. It can be applied to any open cavity and fills any crack, gap or crevice for a complete seal to maximize comfort and savings on your energy bill.

    Blow-In

    This type of environmentally conscious and flame retardant insulation is comprised mainly of recycled materials like cellulose and fiberglass. Because it is blown-in with a machine, the product is ideal for oddly shaped and tight areas of your home.

  • In some cases, such as multi-family dwellings, Code regulations may require you to soundproof your walls for the comfort of your neighbours or tenants. To meet these requirements, you will need an enhanced form of insulation – such as Roxul or Sonopan – in your walls, ceilings or floor that not only helps maintain temperature, but dampens the transfer of sound.

Our Process

Express Drywall is able to complete all jobs in a timely and efficient manner by using a simple yet effective process that is applied across all projects, big or small:


  • A service professional arrives on site to inspect, measure and take photos to determine an estimated cost and timeline.

  • The site is inspected to ensure adequate blocking, bowing studs and any other elements that may create potential issues.

  • Final measurements are taken and required materials are ordered.

  • The drywall is hung in place.

  • Special tape is applied to the seams to reinforce the compound and keep it from crumbling out when dry.

  • thin coats of mud are applied to areas with joints or screws to achieve a flat, surface.

  • The area is then sanded down for a smooth, premium finish.

  • We dispose of all waste materials and clean up the work area.

  • The completed wok is presented to the homeowner for sign-off.
